  • Standalone role; fully owned people strategy and execution and increased eNPS from 39 to 74 in 6 months

  • Advised executive team on scaling challenges, including org design, decision-making, high performance and international hiring

  • Reduced time-to-hire down by a week in my first 3 months

  • Designed and rolled out an onboarding process, which achieved a value score of 4.8 / 5 from over 30 new starters and their managers
